EXPORT
Exports and international supply
Registration, labelling, permits and shelf-life on arrival resolved before a consignment ships.

Documentation settled before anything ships
Pharmaceutical export failures are almost never freight failures. They are documentation failures discovered at a border, with product sitting in a bonded warehouse while its shelf life runs down.
Every destination market sets its own requirements: registration status, import licensing, labelling language and content, minimum remaining shelf life on arrival, and which certificates the importing authority will accept. We resolve those before a consignment is committed.
What is included
- Market-specific regulatory documentation
- Certificates of analysis, free sale and GMP certificates
- Labelling and artwork compliant with the destination
- Export clearance with the importer of record
- Temperature-controlled freight on qualified lanes
- Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin

What buyers ask before they commit
What decides whether you can ship to my country?
Registration status, import licensing, labelling language and content, and the minimum remaining shelf life the authority requires on arrival. We resolve all four before a consignment is committed rather than discovering them at a border.
Who acts as importer of record?
Normally your side or a destination partner. We prepare the documentation that the importer and the authority need in order to clear the goods.
Which documents travel with the goods?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and certificate of analysis, plus the market-specific certificates — free sale, GMP — that the importing authority accepts.
Can you ship temperature-controlled consignments?
Yes, on qualified lanes, under the handling described on our cold chain page.
What if my market sets a minimum shelf life on arrival?
Many do. We check the destination’s rule and match the batch to it before shipping, since product that fails that test is held at the border while its shelf life runs down.
