LOGISTICS
Cold chain and supply chain
Validated packing, data logger monitoring and an excursion protocol agreed in advance.

Temperature held, and proven on arrival
A biologic that spends four hours outside its temperature range is no longer the product that left the manufacturer, whatever the carton says. For oncology agents, biologics and antivirals, cold chain is not a service feature — it is the condition on which the product remains usable at all.
Our network keeps every shipment traceable, temperature-controlled and compliant with import and export regulation, with the excursion protocol agreed in advance rather than improvised on arrival.

What buyers ask before they commit
What temperature range do you handle?
Products requiring 2–8 °C, with validated packing matched to the route duration and the ambient conditions the shipment will meet on the way.
How is the temperature actually proven?
A data logger travels with the shipment and the temperature record is handed over at delivery, so the receiving pharmacy can verify the product before anything is used rather than taking it on trust.
What happens if there is a temperature excursion?
The excursion, quarantine and disposition procedure is agreed in advance. Product that has gone outside its range is quarantined and dispositioned under that procedure, not decided on the spot by whoever signs for it.
Can I see where a shipment is?
Yes. Shipment status is visible to you across the journey, from collection at the licensed supplier through to delivery.
Does the cold chain start at the manufacturer?
Collection is made from the licensed supplier under travelling conditions, so the controlled period covers the whole journey rather than beginning at the freight terminal.
