MANUFACTURING
Contract manufacturing
Production on lines already built, validated and inspected — under your brand, to your specification.

Your product, on lines already proven
Building and validating a pharmaceutical facility takes years and consumes capital that most products cannot justify. Contract manufacturing puts your product onto lines that are already built, already validated and already inspected — produced under your brand, to your specification.
We work to each client’s product requirements, timelines and target-market standards, so what comes off the line is ready for the market it was made for rather than needing rework before it can be filed.
What is included
- Formulation and development support
- Scale-up and technology transfer from an existing site
- Commercial production under GMP conditions
- Analytical testing, stability studies and batch release
- Packaging, artwork and destination-market labelling
- Regulatory documentation to support your filings

Specification agreed, registration and export paperwork prepared, supply plan confirmed before anything ships.
Source and verify
Product from licensed sources only, with certificate of analysis, batch records and packaging checked before dispatch.
Ship and hand over
Freight booked, cold chain held, documents travelling with the goods, and the temperature record handed over at delivery.
What buyers ask before they commit
Do you manufacture in your own facility?
Production is placed on partner lines that are already built, validated and inspected, selected against your product’s dosage form and destination market. We remain your single point of contact from specification through to release.
What do you need in order to quote?
The product, dosage form, strength, pack presentation, expected volume and the markets it will ship to. An existing specification or master formula shortens the technical review considerably.
Who owns the formulation and the brand?
You do. Work is carried out to your specification under your brand. Where development support is provided, ownership is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Can packs be labelled for a specific market?
Yes. Artwork, language and pack content are prepared for the destination, because labelling requirements differ between authorities and a correct product in the wrong pack is still a rejected consignment.
What documentation comes with a batch?
Batch manufacturing records, a certificate of analysis, and the stability and release documentation your filing requires.
How long does a first production run take?
It depends on the dosage form, whether a technology transfer is needed, and what the destination market requires. We give the timeline honestly at quotation rather than revising it comfortably later.
